Valerie Richardson

Valerie is a business and marketing executive with experience building and leading strategic planning, marketing, M&A, business development, sales and customer service teams and programs for several large multi-national corporations.  Valerie has demonstrated successes in development "C"-level visions and formulating strategies as well as detailed implementation plans.  She is an experienced communicator with audiences, including end customers, channel partners, suppliers, the investment community and employees.  She has work and project experience in North & South America, Asia and Europe, having lived and worked both inside and outside the United States.

Valerie has most recently served as Vice President Construction for Leica Geosystems, Inc.  She holds an MBA in Finance from North Central College, an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a BA in Journalism from Drake University.

Valerie also holds certification from Northwestern University as a graduate of their Women’s Senior Leadership Program.
